The HubMobile app is tailored for Drivers, Contractors, Sales Reps, and Managers employed by companies leveraging the Hub Systems FMS application in their operations. This application allows users to utilize their own devices seamlessly while carrying out fieldwork.

Users can log in from their iPhone or iPad to access work assignments, communicate, inquire about tasks, or submit Proof of Deliveries related to jobs. This data is automatically synchronized with the transport company's FMS system. Dispatchers can monitor your activity using their FMS Advanced Despatch application, benefiting from real-time GPS updates to optimize task allocation. It's important to note that prolonged use of GPS in the background can drain battery life significantly.

Upon installation, users need to reach out to their employing transport company to obtain their unique company ID number. This ID should be entered into the designated setup screen within the app. By tapping the Authenticate button, a request for system access will be initiated. Dispatchers will then approve this request, facilitating the final authentication step that allows users to log in with their password and start working promptly.
